CazzBrass Manifolds

All CazzBrass Manifolds are 1-1/4” diameter cast brass, and available in 3- and 4-branch sections. Each section is fitted with one "union" for easy assembly to a second section, Manifold End Plug, or Vent-and-Purge Assembly. Circuit (branch) outlets are threaded for connection to T20 Compression Fittings. Manifold trunk outlet/inlet is 1-1/4” straight thread; order two Transitional Fittings per manifold pair. Manifolds are supplied as individual units (not pairs) for assembly in the field. Factory-assembly is available with manifold pairs mounted to brackets.

NOTE: Only CazzBrass style fittings are compatible with CazzBrass manifolds. Do not use SS-T20 style fittings. See Onix or RadiantPEX sections for fittings. RadiantPEX-AL fittings are not compatible with CazzBrass manifolds.

Built-in balancing valves allow for precise flow control. Just turn the knob to adjust the flow. Balancing can also be “fixed” on a 1–7 adjustment scale, located under the white knob. 24-volt Valve Actuators, allowing thermostatic control of each circuit, are an optional upgrade for this manifold.

Manifold End Plug
Used to cap the ends of manifolds where a vent-and-purge assembly is not installed.

Valve Actuator
For automated circuit control.

This new Valve Actuator is an optional feature for mounting directly to the balancing manifold. The Valve Actuator provides on/off flow control to individual radiant circuits. This new style allows you to visually determine whether the valve is fully open. Flow can be balanced prior to installing by turning the adjustment valve under the white cap. Actuator is 24 VAC with four wires to connect to thermostat and circulating pump.

Circuit Isolation Cap
For unused circuits in CazzBrass Manifolds.

Circuit Isolation Caps are used to “seal off” unused circuits on CazzBrass Manifolds. They can be used to convert a four-branch manifold into a three-branch manifold. Sold individually.

Universal Manifold Mounting Brackets
for use in CazzBrass Manifold Boxes or directly on walls. Complete with screws and fixings. Sold in pairs.

This new Universal Manifold Mounting Bracket is made of tough plastic. It is much easier to assemble than the previous brackets. The bracket is complete with rubber mounting seats which assure a tight fit and eliminate any possible noise.

Manifold Boxes protect manifolds with a locking door. Made of powder-coated carbon steel, all Watts Radiant manifolds up to 1-1/2" can be mounted in these boxes. Dimensions are width x height x depth. Depth can be expanded to 6".

Manifold Pressure Test Kits enable you to pressure test circuits and manifold connections with either air or water. They come with standard 1-1/4" MNPT fittings to thread directly onto the CazzBrass Manifold trunk.
